Master the Science, Psychology & Business of Fitness

Whether you're running your own personal training business, or you're employed by a larger organisation, you need an in-depth, broad knowledge base to be effective.

You need to know how the body's skeletal, muscular, digestive and psychological systems interact. How to diagnose sports injuries. How to effectively manage the relationships, technologies and legalities of a client-based business. And, of course, how to work within, and manage, a gym environment.

The Certificate IV in Fitness personal training course teaches you all of this, and more. In fact, it's the most comprehensive Certificate IV in Fitness course offered in Australia. Incorporating all of the Certificate III units, and offering an ideal balance of practical and theory, it's based on serious scientific research, and it's delivered by respected lecturers and industry practitioners.

As a graduate of this personal training course, you'll possess a job-ready understanding of:

  • Training & nutrition
  • Symptomatology and diagnosis for sports injuries
