• If you purchase a course with a guarantee from us and fail the exam that this course relates to, then fail that same exam a second time within 60 days of sitting the first exam, we will give you a full refund on the cost of the courseware for that exam
• The guarantee requires that you sit the first exam within 60 days of purchasing the courseware
• Note that once you have achieved ANY certification, your guarantee becomes void
• You will need to provide us with exam transcripts within 24 hours of failing each exam to apply for a refund under our guarantee
• Please note that interest charges and postage and handling are non-refundable

Independent testing centres such as Sylvan Prometric and VUE conduct examinations. SEEK Learning is not involved in the examination process.
