You'll gain the skills required to design, develop, deliver and assess training programs. With this nationally recognised qualification, you can work as a training officer, trainer, facilitator or assessor in a Registered Training Organisation.

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is recognised by the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) for membership requirements.
