The ability to speak English does not automatically qualify you to teach the English language. TESOL certification is required by the majority of schools internationally and is the most recognised ESL certification.

The Standard TESOL Certificate course is a 60-hour course undertaken via distance learning or 28 hours in class and the remaining hours for assigned reading.
The Standard TESOL Certificate course must be undertaken along with at least one specialisation course to complete the TESOL certificate. Specialisation courses are 60hrs long for each course and are undertaken via distance learning.

It depends on the country. It is best to contact the relevant consulate (visit www.dfat.gov.au ).
Generally for all countries you need a working visa. University degrees in any discipline are required to get visas from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and countries in Western Europe.
Additionally, for Western Europe you also need access to a European Union (EU) passport to work for more than 3 months at a time (which is the working holiday arrangement).
